Refund Policy

NJGIA will refund tuition under the following circumstances:

  • Written cancellation prior to 10 days from the first day of training - A refund will be given to the registrant or agency. A refund fee will apply to all refunds that originated via credit card to cover credit card fees.
  • Less than 10 days cancellation notice  from the first day of training - the money may be applied to any other scheduled NJGIA training event. No money refunds will be given except in urgent unforeseen circumstances.

If an attendee registers or is registered by their respective agency / employer (regardless of registration fee is paid or not), and does not attend the scheduled training or provide less than 10 days cancellation notice - The attendee/agency will be billed for the actual cost of all training materials and NJGIA expenses accrued at a per a person rate. For example, if you register an attendee who does not present him/herself for the scheduled training event, and you have not previously canceled their registration, your agency will be billed for any and all meals and materials that were prepaid by the NJGIA.

All registrations for NJGIA training events, seminars, and/or annual conference are subject to this policy.
